What to Expect From DentiCare During a Treatment Dispute
Upon completing a treatment dispute form, DentiCare will notify your practice of your treatment dispute. DentiCare do not determine the outcome however may temporarily pause scheduled payments until the dispute is resolved.
Please ensure to provide the following details for your consulting practice to review:
- complete a written statement to explain the reason for your treatment dispute
- upload a copy of your original treatment agreement
