How to Update Your Web Browser for Portal Access

To ensure you can continue accessing our portal after our security upgrade, please make sure your web browser is up-to-date. Modern browsers automatically support TLS 1.2 and higher, which is required for the enhanced security of our platform.

Most browsers update automatically. However, if you are experiencing issues accessing the portal after Friday 27th of 2025, or if you know you are using an older version of your browser, follow the instructions below for common web browsers:

Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome.
2. Click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the browser window.
3. Go to Help > About Google Chrome.
4. Chrome will automatically check for updates and download them.
5. Once the update is complete, click Relaunch to apply the changes.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Firefox.
2. Click the three horizontal lines (≡) in the top-right corner of the browser window.
3. Go to Help > About Firefox.
4. Firefox will automatically check for and apply any available updates.
5. Click Restart to Update if prompted.
