Portal Security Upgrade: Action Required
To ensure continued access to our portal, please follow these instructions to update your browser or device. This essential upgrade enhances your data security and improves overall platform protection.
The provided table shows that major browsers disabled support for these older TLS versions between 2018 and 2020. Therefore, the primary instruction for users will be to simply update their browser, as that will inherently enable TLS 1.2+.
Here are instructions to help users update their browsers, emphasising that this will address any potential TLS compatibility issues:
How to Update Your Web Browser for Portal Access
To ensure you can continue accessing our portal after our security upgrade, please make sure your web browser is up-to-date. Modern browsers automatically support TLS 1.2 and higher, which is required for the enhanced security of our platform.
Most browsers update automatically. However, if you are experiencing issues accessing the portal after Friday 27th of 2025, or if you know you are using an older version of your browser, follow the instructions below for common web browsers:
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the browser window.
- Go to Help > About Google Chrome.
- Chrome will automatically check for updates and download them.
- Once the update is complete, click Relaunch to apply the changes.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Click the three horizontal lines (≡) in the top-right corner of the browser window.
- Go to Help > About Firefox.

Safari updates are tied to your macOS operating system updates.
- Click the Apple menu () in the top-left corner of your screen.
- Go to System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS versions).
- Click on General > Software Update.
- If an update is available, click Update Now (or Upgrade Now) and follow the on-screen prompts.
Safari (iOS - iPhone/iPad)
Safari updates are tied to your iOS updates.

- If an update is available, tap Download and Install and follow the instructions.
Samsung Internet (Android)
Samsung Internet is updated through the Google Play Store or Samsung Galaxy Store.
- Open the Google Play Store (or Samsung Galaxy Store) on your Android device.
- Search for "Samsung Internet Browser."
- If an update is available, tap Update.
Opera Browser
- Open Opera.
- Click the Opera menu icon (O) in the top-left corner of the browser window.
- Go to Update & Recovery.
- Opera will check for and apply any available updates.
- Click Relaunch if prompted.
Important Note for Older Operating Systems:
If you are using a very old operating system (e.g., Windows 7 without updates, macOS older than High Sierra, or very old Android versions), you might find that your browser can no longer update to a version that supports TLS 1.2+. In such cases, you may need to update your operating system or consider accessing the portal from a device with a more modern configuration.
If you have updated your browser and are still experiencing issues, please contact our support team on 1300 633 472.
