If you’re struggling with your finances, it’s important that you reach out to us as soon as you can. Financial difficulty can happen to anyone. If you’ve had an unplanned life event like unemployment, domestic violence, a natural disaster, serious illness or injury, we can help.
What will happen after you apply?
- a confirmation of your hardship request, with a proposition on how we are willing to vary your payment plan agreement;
- or a notice of rejection of your hardship request, listing our reasons for our decision; or
- a request for you to supply further information for us to make a decision.
