Follow these easy steps to finalise your SmileNow Payment Plan.

Receive SMS

Once you’ve agreed upon your payment plan with your dental or orthodontic practice you’ll receive an SMS. Click the link in the SMS to review your SmileNow Payment Plan details.

Step 1

Review payment plan criteria

Your payment plan details will appear. If you notice any incorrect information please contact your provider to update your details.

Step 2

Personal details

Review your personal details. Select your employment status, provide details of your occupation and complete your full address.

If you are both receiving the treatment and responsible for payment click yes. If you are responsible for payment, but not receiving treatment (eg. a parent of a child receiving treatment), provide the patient’s full name and date of birth.

Review the Compliance Acknowledgement and confirm you meet all eligibility criteria.

Step 3

Email Verification & Photo identification

Once you have confirmed your eligibility criteria we will send you a 6-digit code to your email.
Add the 6-digit code and hit continue.
Select the type of photo ID and enter the details of either your driver’s licence or Australian passport.

Step 4

Payment details

Provide your payment details and review acknowledgement. If you are providing credit/debit card details we only accept MasterCard, VISA or AMEX cards. If you are providing bank account details please advise the name of your bank/financial institution and a valid BSB.

Step 5

Review Service Agreement - sign and submit

Review the Service Agreement. The payment frequency is set as a default by your provider.

Agree to the Terms and Conditions and sign and submit your plan to DentiCare.

Review the Service Agreement. You can opt to change your payment frequency to weekly, fortnightly or monthly for DentiCare Plus. An initial deposit is required for DentiCare Plus Payment Plans.

Agree to the Terms and Conditions and sign and submit your plan to DentiCare.

Why you will be asked for ID

When you apply for a DentiCare Payment Plan to gain access to financial services, DentiCare Payment Solutions need to know you are who you claim to be.

Why you need to provide this information

DentiCare Payment Solutions have a legal obligation to verify your identity before we can provide services to you. We may also have obligations to collect other information about you to comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing legislation. This is one way to keep Australia safe from serious financial crime such as money laundering and terrorism financing.

ID you need

You will require entry of your Australian Driver’s License or Australian Passport to verify:

  • full name
  • residential address
  • date of birth

The information you provide to DentiCare Payment Solutions is protected under the Privacy Act 1988.
